As a Barista, you will prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks, engage with guests, and maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Help us deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant, guest-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages to the highest quality standards.
• Use sustainable, locally sourced ingredients in line with the company’s eco-friendly mission.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and provide a welcoming experience.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in every beverage served.
• Collaborate with the café team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
