As an Outlet Leader at PT PMA Greenfield Work & Flow, you will oversee the daily operations of a designated outlet, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll lead the team, manage inventory, and ensure that our sustainability goals are met, all while maintaining the company’s commitment to high service standards. What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily outlet operations, ensuring high service standards and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory and stock management, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
- Monitor financial performance, tracking sales and controlling expenses to meet targets.
- Ensure the outlet complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work with the marketing team to execute promotions and events that drive traffic and increase sales.
- Implement and promote sustainability initiatives in line with company goals.
