Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring departments adhere to financial guidelines and cost-control measures.
- Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, preparing documents and reports for internal and external audits.
- Payroll Oversight: Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.
- Process Improvement: Review and enhance accounting processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and control.
